presented here
is a schematic of a typical workflow of project implementation.
please note that this is a generic representation of the workflow
and the actual flow would depend on the nature of project.
for instance, in a usability project, user interviews and tests
would come in at more points than one. this flow would also change
depending on whether it is a design project or a redesign one.

actually i decided to present this workflow to put forth the point
that i adhere to the 'best practices' as far as project
implementation methodology goes. projects, for me, are not just
creative pursuits but have a strong association with business
processes of my clients.
its also to demonstrate that the design process is a scientific
activity meant to be driven objectively. in fact, a good design
solution is a highly objective design solution. i firmly believe
that articulation of ideas for discussions is a must. so no
'i like
it so!' kind of statements - for we are talking business!
